| Job Description: |
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handles E2E Technical & Commercials- Active & Passive, Front office, Back office (resource planning and costing).
- Conducts RFP study and Technical Queries submissions to client.
- Makes sure to know all Risk factor of Tender documents.
- Prepares technical and commercial proposal as per demand of client BOQ.
- Maintains correspondence and documentation related to contracts.
- Communicates and presents information to stakeholders regarding contracts.
- Monitors contracts and moves forward with close-out, extension or renewal.
- Makes sure all O&M Contracts E2E records are maintained.
- Providing quick responses to bids, proposals and contract negotiations.
- Conducts markets analysis and conducts company strategies.
IMS ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reports any hazards or risks in addition to accidents/incident to QHSE department.
- Be aware of and complies to i engineering’s IMS Policy.
- Abides by i engineering’s local legal and client requirements.
- Attends and engages in IMS awareness sessions.
- Ensures that all IMS procedures are regularly followed and raises the issue when they are not.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- 7-10 Years of relative work experience in Telecom sector.
- Excellent presentation & Interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
