Job Description:

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handles E2E Technical & Commercials- Active & Passive, Front office, Back office (resource planning and costing).
  • Conducts RFP study and Technical Queries submissions to client.
  • Makes sure to know all Risk factor of Tender documents.
  • Prepares technical and commercial proposal as per demand of client BOQ.
  • Maintains correspondence and documentation related to contracts. 
  • Communicates and presents information to stakeholders regarding contracts. 
  • Monitors contracts and moves forward with close-out, extension or renewal.
  • Makes sure all O&M Contracts E2E records are maintained.
  • Providing quick responses to bids, proposals and contract negotiations. 
  • Conducts markets analysis and conducts company strategies. 

IMS ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Reports any hazards or risks in addition to accidents/incident to QHSE department.
  • Be aware of and complies to i engineering’s IMS Policy.
  • Abides by i engineering’s local legal and client requirements.
  • Attends and engages in IMS awareness sessions.
  • Ensures that all IMS procedures are regularly followed and  raises the issue when they are not.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

  • 7-10 Years of relative work experience in Telecom sector.
  • Excellent presentation & Interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
