Streamline is a solution provider for both of its local and International clients. Our verticals of business include IT, Aviation, Trade, E-Commerce & Marketing. The ideal candidate with technical expertise who can work alongside a team and independently in the creation, maintenance, and updates of Company Website and E-Commerce Division. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Shopify and other web services and program applications is essential to succeeding in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Work  closely work with internal stakeholders and divisional heads, seeking input and user requirements from internal stakeholders.


• To liaise with external stakeholders and other technical 3rd party vendors/partners to ensure all criteria, legalities and requirements for online web applications are fulfilled.


• To complete all official documentation including, Software Requirement Specification (SRS), policies, processes, procedures and access level management.


• Create website layout/user interface by using standard practices such as HTML/CSS, HTML5, and JavaScript etc.


• Work independently and/or with team members to design innovative software programs that improve and simplify the online shopping experience for customers across various products and brands. Update the online shopping portal with new features, products, promotions etc.


• Periodically gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs for both the online shopping portal and company website.


• To continually upgrade the company’s website and E-Commerce portal, ensuring smooth operations minimum downtime. Expand existing software to meet the changing needs of our key demographics as and when required.


• Stay in touch with emerging global technologies/industry trends and apply them into the organizations operations and technology activities.


• Continually perform intensive testing of all new and existing programs to ensure they are free of errors and function as intended.


• Update and debug existing e-commerce programs to ensure a smooth user experience and a uniform look across a variety of platform on both website & ecommerce portals.


• To ensure all companywide IT/Network related infrastructure are setup. Provide ongoing organizational and stakeholder support functions through ticketing system. 


• Provide complete visibility on progress to management & stakeholders, generating reports and periodically presenting progress to management.

Experience

• Minimum of four years working experience in a similar role and environment (freelance experience will also be considered included)


• Successfully completed and a proven track record of at least five major end to end development & programming projects, utilizing global industry best practices.


• Successfully completed at least one ecommerce or online shopping portal


• Thorough understanding of computer architecture, operating systems, and data structures


• Basic understanding on developing mobile applications would be an advantage.


• Project management experience, using tools and a documented approach.

• Excellent compute literacy with sound working on Microsoft word, excel and PowerPoint.

• Good presentation skills (utilizing applications such as PowerPoint, TeamViewer etc.


• Keen interest in technologies and digital media marketing (social media platforms).


• A team player that can also work well independently, with a target driven approach.
