| Job Description: |
- Answer calls professionally
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Provide customers with product and service information
- Process orders, forms, and applications
- Identify and escalate priority issues
- Coordination with concerned department in cases customer query needs second step follow-up.
- Generate and Follow up of business leads sent to business and reporting of loop closing to line manager.
- Any other task assigned by line manager.
Shift timings
- First Shift: 09:30 am to 05:30 pm (8 Hours Shift)
- Second Shift: 10:30 am to 06:30 pm (8 Hours Shift)
- Working Days: Monday – Saturday (6 days a week)
Remuneration Package:
- Full time: PKR 17,500 Plus Incentive
- Incentive Range: PKR 2,000 – PKR 5,000
- 10 Sick Leaves
- 10 Casual Leaves
- 07 Annual Leaves (After completion of one year)
After Completion of Six Months Period Agent will be entitled to the following Benefits:
- Medical Coverage IPD (Hospitalization Coverage for Employee, Spouse and Children)
- Medical Coverage OPD (Hospitalization Coverage for Employee, Parents, Spouse and Children)
