Job Description: |
We are looking for a Call Center Representative who will liaison between our company and customers and guide them through the process of hiring our services.
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, and provide tailored solutions and alternatives
- Seize opportunities to sell products as and when they arise
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile
- Maintain proper record of all conversations in a comprehensible
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Requirements
- Intermediate/A levels (at least)
- Previous experience in a customer support role
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
