Job Description: |
- Managing, training and motivating existing sales teams to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and manage efficient distribution networks (Direct & Indirect) for sales.
- Develop efficient and creative sales strategies for the assigned territory and target setting for the sales team.
- Collecting customer and market feedback and reporting the same to the RSM/Line Manager.
- Monitoring sales team performance, analyzing sales data, periodical forecasting and reporting to RSM/Line Manager.
- Meet Sales Numbers/Goals as directed by the company.
- Visit existing outlets/new prospects in order to maintain/enhance growth on monthly/quarterly basis.
- Ensure all Company policies & Objectives are communicated to the sales team so that to have it implemented as per guidelines.
- Review market to determine customer needs, Volume potential, Pricing & Competition.
- Supervise/Coordinate dispatch/supply chain relevant issues to maintain a smooth sales (Morning operation)
- Make strong inter-departmental coordination in order to get customer service at the highest level.
