| Job Description: |
- Responsible for achieving the monthly sales target.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer queries/issues.
- Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
- Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
- Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
- Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
- Maintains accurate records of all pricing, sales and activity reports submitted by accounts department.
- Responsible for recoveries and damage control.
- Set up booths or promotional stands and stock products.
- Ensure Merchandising / Displays as per required standards.
- Ensure timely recovery up to zero level of overdue.
- Keeping in contact with existing customers in person and by phone.
- Making appointments with and meeting new customers.
- Agreeing sales, prices, contracts and payments.
- Meeting sales targets.
- Promoting new products and any special deals.
- Advising customers about delivery schedules and after-sales service.
- Recording orders and sending details to the sales office.
- Giving feedback on sales trends.
- Sales forecasting daily/weekly basis.
- Liaising with supply chain regarding timely dispatch of vehicles from factory/warehouse to be arrived in market to be competitive.
- Account/outlets opening requirement to be fulfilled by ASO.
- Market targets (Sales/Numeric distribution/Availability etc.) on daily basis
