| Job Description: |
CreatifSoft is looking for a Business Developer / Online Bidding Expert who could get business from online portals and from direct marketing
The ideal candidate should be responsible for acquiring business through different channels (Fiverr, Upwork, Guru, PeoplePerHour) for web design, SEO, Social Media, Development, App Development, Graphic Design projects, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Quality project selection and bidding.
- Write proposals and customizing each proposal based on the nature of the project.
- Gather client requirements, communicate the requirements with the team, and deliver the project to the client. Talking on the phone, chatting applications and Skype depending on the requirement from the client
- Maintain a very high rating on all platforms and maintain a strong relationship with the existing and new clients.
- Identify market trends, gaps, and niches.
- Provide quotes on projects.
- Communicate between the technical team and clients, as well as senior management.
Must have some experience in the following areas:
- Experience with interacting international clients.
- Prior experience in bidding with grip on Upwork is a must.
- Conduct client presentations and negotiations.
- Strong Follow-up skills and self-Motivated
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Proactive in embracing new challenges
Shift Timings: 12:00 PM to 09:00 PM
