| Job Description: |
- Performs research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
- Designs and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
- Generates, edits, publishes and shares engaging content (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news) on social media platforms
- Manages and oversees social media content
- Defines most important social media KPIs
- Communicates with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
- Oversees social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)
- Measures the success of every social media campaign
- Uses social media marketing tools
- Performs Facebook, LinkedIn and Email marketing
- Runs Facebook campaigns
- Works on LinkedIn prospecting
- Performs Lead Generation Services using Facebook and LinkedIn
- Works on Email Automation and LiveAgent Services
- Suggests and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
- Stays up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
- Monitors SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
- Communicates with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
- Provides constructive feedback
- Adheres to rules and regulations
- Presents to Senior Management
