It is time for you to join the Most Professional Environment with talented supervisors to kick start your career in Quality Assurance as we have opened a New branch in Gulistan e Johar so We are looking for Fresh and Experienced energetic candidates (Female ) for the Post of Quality Assurance Officer to join our dynamic Team

Qualification Needed :

Minimum Matric
Listening to native English and speaking Fluent and native English is mandatory

Responsibilities include:

Listening To all calls and assuring quality is maintained
Make sure all calls are done in accordance with Sops of the company to maintain the standard of calls
Pointing out any errors or mistakes done at the end of CSR agent to improve the quality of standards

Our Shift Working Timings are:

11:00 pm - 07:00 am

Working Days are Mon-Sat ( 6 days a week)
