We are a startup offshore IT company and looking for a part time Business Developer on partnership basis.

• Candidate must have at least 3+ years working experience in on-line IT business and possesses extensive knowledge of competitive landscape of the international market.
• He is capable of developing and executing business strategies and business plans for the continuous growth of our business in terms of financial gains as well as customer base.
• Candidate can identify business opportunities, make business proposals, generate business leads using multiple sales channels, convert them into business deals and build strong customer relationships.
• The candidate is self-organized, self-motivated, passionate, enthusiastic, target-oriented.
• Candidate has a strong understanding of value-based sales and is able to work independently.
• Candidate possess strong communication, effective presentation and winning negotiation skills.
• Candidate must be fluent in professional-level written and verbal English to deal with international customers.
