| Job Description: |
We are looking for a "Property Consultant" for our UK based organization.
- Ensure rent collection is as effective as possible across all tenancies
- Agree and set targets for rent collection
- Maximize collection by automated means
- Ensure consistency of rent charges
- Ensure consistency of non-rent charges such as service charges
- Work closely with Services and Local Authorities, where necessary, to ensure the timely allocation of tenants to our properties
Candidates who have Property Management experience in UK will be preferred.
Requirements:
- English Fluency
- Minimum 3 years professional experience
Timings: 12pm till 10pm (Monday –Friday) & 10am till 6pm (Saturday)
