| Job Description: |
The ideal candidate should have the following skills set to qualify for this role.
- Must have Conversant of construction activities, Dealing & liaison with contractors /Architects, Managing & supervising manpower & other resources, Maintaining safety standards & Norms, Ensuring smooth and timely execution of operations with desired quality
- Collaborate with technicians and the construction team to determine the specifications of the project
- Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities
- Collaborate with subcontractors, engineers, architects, and key team members of the project team
- Ability to multitask with a strong understanding of core manager duties
- Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met
- Manages day to day operational and tactical aspects of multiple construction projects
