•Working as Management representative in the implementation of ISO – 9001:2015 (QMS),ISO-14001:2015.
•Assist food safety team leader in the implementation of ISO-22000 (FSMS), ISO 14001 (EMS), HACCP and Halal assurance system
•Ensure general cleanliness and maintenance of the QA.
•Organize day to day work with the objective of increasing productivity and smooth running of the dept.
•Oversee all in process activities including line clearance and in process check performed by QA auditors/ Officers
•Coordinate and supervise the working of the quality assurance department.
•Prepare and review SOPs for QA. Review SOPs prepared by other departments.
•Coordinate the inspection of the plant and prepare the reports accordingly
