Job Description:

Manager Operations and Maintenance (O&M)

One Network Pvt Ltd is the one-stop solution for Information Communication Technology (ICT) Infrastructure for Intelligent Traffic and Electronic Tolling Systems across Motorways and Highways. It is hiring for the position of Manager O&M.

Responsibilities:

· Planning and execution of IT Projects on all Motorways.

· Planning and deployment of IT Equipment/ Establishment of IT Infrastructure.

· Ensure and supervise the Quality of products and services related to IT Projects.

· Project presentation to project sponsor and higher management.

· Carry out periodic O&M plans related to all IT infrastructure on Roads including preventive maintenance.

· Manage Day to Day Office Operations.

· Stakeholder Management, Vendor Management, Contract Management.

· Reports directly to Director Information Technology.

· Assist higher management in decision making and matters pertaining of Operations and Maintenance of Roads.

· Lead the Technical Operations Team, including but not only limited to Sensors Team, Weigh-in-Motion Team, Variable Message Signage Team, Electronic Tolling Team, & Intelligent Transportation System Team.

Requirements

· Strong working knowledge of common internet protocols such as TCP, UDP, IGP/EGP protocols such as OSPF, IGRP and BGP.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Able to simply and professionally communicate advanced and technical concepts to a wide range of people such as peers, managers, customers and vendors.

· Functional knowledge of OSI model.

· Extensive working experience with monitoring tools and industry standard diagnostic tools such as ping, traceroute, SolarWinds, tcpdump, Wireshark or similar.

· Comprehension of Cisco IOS internet routing, switching and firewall troubleshooting.

· Maintain well-written and detailed customer communication.

· Assist leadership in the development of training documents and tutorials.

· Occasionally need to temporarily adjust work hours.

· Can employ rational and logical thinking to make quick and sound decisions.

Qualifications

· 8-10 years O&M experience with 2-3 years' experience related to ITS/ETTM.

· Exposure to Cellular and/or RF-based wireless technologies.

· Intermediate Microsoft Excel knowledge.

· Experience in review of network graphs and reporting data.

· Prior experience working for an loT and/or M2M firm is a plus.

Education

· Bachelor’s degree with distinction in a related STEM field (Masters would be a plus).

· Current PMP, ITIL V4 certification, or equivalent experience.
