  • We are looking for an Admin cum Accounts Assistant. Reporting to the Head of Campus/Coordinator, the purpose of the role will be to help drive Campus Operations by analyzing metrics and designing.
  • They communicate these results to managers and often provide suggestions based on their findings for betterment.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • The incumbent will be responsible to maintain the AR/AP, Petty cash, Parent’s meeting, Fee’ collection, and other tasks assigned by the Reporting Manager.
  • Monitoring of payments disbursement to suppliers as per Aging reports.
  • Ensure the accurate posting of AR/AP, GL, and Bank & Credit Card transactions. Ensure an accurate and timely, monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing. Preparation of monthly accounts.
  • Preparation of vendors aging and follow-up with the Vendors for timely collections.
  • Preparation of reconciliation fortnightly and monthly includes Bank, AR, AP, and Inventory. Performing Pre-Audit of Payments and ensuring Withholding Tax deduction as per law.
  • Monthly deposit of Withholding (WHT) in Government treasury. Monthly, Quarterly & Annual analysis of Outlets inventory. Maintain Cash flow reporting to Management.
  • Supervision Cash & Credit Card reconciliations. Daily reporting of Cash & Cheque payments.
  • Set up merchant acquiring facilities on existing & new outlets with different banks. Supervision of Head office & Outlets salary.
  • Capitalization of all outlets Fixed Assets in software. Disposal & Deletion of fixed assets in software.
  • Depreciation recording of all assets on monthly basis. Contribute to establishing risk-based audit programs and scope of review in conjunction with Senior Manager.
  • Conduct internal audits to assess the adequacy, effectiveness, and efficiency of the established internal controls and procedures. Identify key areas of risk within the organization and propose appropriate controls to mitigate the risks. Report audit findings and significant issues to Management.
  • Prepare audit reports in line with the approved audit plan. Monitor the timely implementation of the management actions recommended in the audit reports. Monitor the trends and developments in the internal audit area. Making Profit & Loss A/C of Retail Outlets.
  • Designing and evaluating the soundness, adequacy, application of procedures, and internal controls of the organization. Verification and update of daily Collection and Expenses.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Candidates should be a Graduate Degree, preferably Masters 
  • Minimum 3 to 5 Years' post qualification Experience in the Admin& Accounts department. Proficiency in MS office especially in MS Excel & ERP with the ability to work on bulk data.
  • Working knowledge and ability to track accurately and create reports as and when required. Ideally an analytical mind with strong math skills. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Candidates who are available to join immediately / on short notice will be preferred.
  • Working Days & Timing would be Monday to Saturday (First Shift).
