| Job Description: |
Job Purpose:
- The design position requires a person with strong conception skills in Illustration, type design (hand/digital).
- He/She must have experience designing in a commercial capacity to design creative pieces that reinforce the brand image while also communicating clearly and driving sales.
- Design or create graphics to meet specific commercial or promotional needs, such as packaging, displays, logos.
- May use a variety of mediums to achieve artistic or decorative effects.
- Plan, direct or coordinate advertising policies and programs or produce collateral materials, such as posters,contests, coupons or give aways,to create extra interest in the purchase of a product.
- Collaborates well with copywriters, production team, etc
- To provide creative support for product development (e.g. templates, logos and mock-ups creation by category and market for Designs.ai);
Responsible for designing of:
- Barouches
- Posters
- Pack agings
- Hoardings
- Dispensers
- Diaries/Magazines/Press Ads
- Visiting Cards
- Take out digital prints different types of packings,stickers & woblers.
- Prepare dummies of packing’s and other display products for final approval.
- Designing or adjustments of color scheming for finalization of the products
- Perform other IT related tasks as assigned.
- Travel Requirements:
- For Office work only
Job Specification:
- Qualification: Bachelors/Masters in Graphic Designing or Arts from HEC recognized university.
- Experience = Minimum1 to 2 years
- Hiring Competencies:
- High-energy individual.
- Creative
- Knowledge of Art elements
- Portfolio presentation
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Coral, Photoshop, web design and desktop publishing tools;
- Experiences in Motion Graphics Design and Adobe After Effects will be added advantage;
- Proficient in graphic designing applications.
- Non Technical Skills:
- Attention to detail. Submit work that is error free.
- Good Archiving Habits.
- Strong Presentation & Communication skills
- Time management and multi tasking capabilities
