We are looking for Technical Recruiters  to join our off-shore office in Lahore. The resources will be working on various positions/clients ranging from IT, Healthcare and Banking industry in UK/US markets. Complete training will be provided to successful candidates. Must have excellent communication/English speaking skills.

•  Partner with managers to understand priority roles.


•  Full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, scheduling, resume formatting, phone screening, negotiating)


•  Brainstorm innovative sourcing strategies


•  Consistently strive to measure and track all aspects of the recruiting process


•  Maintain a strong pipeline of passive candidates for all open roles

Skills Required:

•  2+ years of full life cycle Recruiting experience


•  Familiar with job boards in US/ UK and Boolean searching techniques


•  Strong track record of placing candidates in various roles


•  Detail oriented and a self starter


•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
