| Job Description: |
- Teach English (including English for Academic Purposes and English for Specific Purposes).
- Set challenging teaching and learning objectives that are relevant to all students in their classes, and use these teaching and learning objectives to plan lessons, and sequences of lessons, showing how they will assess students' learning
- Monitor attendance and student behavior, and evaluate student performance
- Displays excellent listening and questioning skills.
- An Incumbent must have 1 to 2 years of working experience in preparation of the training program including the development of lesson plans, lectures, notes/handouts, periodic tests, quiz, results, daily, weekly & monthly attendance, overall assessment and findings, coordination with parents, fee collection status, student retention and motivational initiatives, identification and marking of dropouts.

Registered in 2008 under the Societies Act 1860, Hunar Foundations took its first batch in January 2010 in premises supplied by Delhi Mercantile Society, Karachi in its DMS School facility. The students gave their City & Guilds exam at the end of the year and till 2019 14 batches had graduated with one year diplomas.
Since then Hunar has added its Rashidabad (near Tando Allah Yar), Lahore (Bedian Road), Multan (Pak Arab Fertilizer) and Kharian campuses as well as a women’s institute in Karachi that started in 2015 and is in the process of relocation to a new modern upgraded facility.
