| Job Description: |
- Responsible for checking the Company order and delivery invoices.
- Assigned by the HOD for the delivery of stock to the institutions and hospitals.
- Ensure the purchase in ERP of stocks received from principals which is not existing in trade business of the Company.
- Bill submission along with required complete documents.
- Record keeping of Company’s institution business.
- Regular follow up of payment, keeping Institutional Sales Manager and Head of Institutional Business in loop and updated. Follow up for the release of cash deposited receipt.
- Responsible for the recovery of payments from the institutions and hospitals.
- Responsible to keep all confidential matters secret and protect the interest of the Company.
- Other suitable duties assigned as required or in line with the position competencies.
