Job Description:

We are currently looking for enthusiastic individuals for our Customer Support Department in a Team Lead Role. Individuals who are passionate about their work, seek problems as challenges, and take pride in the ability to learn quickly, an exciting opportunity of a Customer Support Lead awaits you.

Job Responsibility:

The lead will be responsible to manage complex customer situations promptly and professionally.

  • Has to maintain Stores Feedback Rating, Performance, and Dashboard.
  • Provide Monthly Reports on the Store’s Performance and Suggest strategies simultaneously to further enhance the performance of the Store.
  • Responsible to Study and make Strategies in accordance with Market Place Policies
  • Analyze the reason for returning items and taking necessary steps on how to reduce the returns.
  • Manage Team concerns and resolving any queries.
  • Timely Verification of the entire team cases and resolve issues with respect to the case
  • Have to utilize customer feedback to recommend product and service improvements.
  • Leading Short Term & Long Term Projects.

Job Specification:

  • Minimum qualification required is Intermediate or Bachelors
  • Should have strong Written & Communication Skills
  • At least 1-year experience as a Lead is required
  • Prior experience in International Ecommerce Industry (Preferred)
  • Must have high attention to detail, and should be able to work under pressure
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize (by keeping a positive attitude to motivate others)
  • Candidates with better Business communication will be given preference
  • Proficiency in MS Office is required.

Job Details:

Working Days: Monday – Saturday

Shift Timings: 6 pm – 3 am (Saturday 6 pm – 11 pm)
