GrocerApp is available in Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi & Faisalabad!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement marketing and communications campaigns and strategies and monitor their success
• Lead creative and media agencies to deliver seamless campaigns in order to achieve Marketing Objectives.
• Understanding of digital platforms for reaching out to potential customers through execution of campaigns and consumer promotions
• Define key performance indicators for each communications channel, which will indicate a campaign's level of success
• Determine strategic communications campaigns that will help further organizational goals
• Create internal communications protocols and initiatives that will foster employee moral
• Oversee the creation of marketing and communications collateral to ensure that it is consistent with the organization’s brand, including white papers, website copy, and more
• Write and deliver internal newsletter on a monthly basis
• Represent the organization at events and press conferences
• Reach out to influencers, media and beyond in order to arrange story placement on a national and global level

WHAT WE REQUIRE

• 4-5 years of experience in a leading creative and fast growing organization.
• A bachelor’s/master’s degree in relevant field of study from a reputed/HEC approved college.
• Excellent Outstanding written and verbal communication skills - ability to interact and influence.
• Strong knowledge of communication practices and techniques.
• Proven experience creating targeted content is advantageous.
• Sharp attention to detail and consistency.
• A keen sense of ownership, speedy execution and resourcefulness
• Ability to multitask and be able to handle multiple briefs simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
