| Job Description: |
As Customer Solutions Consultant, you will be contacting current and potential Business customers and effectively provide technical support related to our products and services.
- Have a track record as consistent performance.
- Ability to work in a constantly evolving high-technology environment
- Ability to learn and adapt new technologies
- Basic Accounting and Networking knowledge is preferred.
- Call & Tech support exposure.
- Looking for stability, progress and long-term professional goals.
Language Skills Required:
- Fluent in English read/write / verbal. Must be able to Host and provide consultation to end customers.
Timings:
- This Position is for Evening/Night Shift (6:00PM to 3:00AM)
Skills Required:
- Strong proven Customer Services Experience
- Strong passion for Customer Service
- Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills
- Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a rapidly changing environment
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
Training:
- ERP product training will be provided once onboard.
Preference will be given to experienced male candidates. |
