| Job Description: |
Responsibilities:
- Answering inbound patient calls and scheduling appointments.
- Adding new patients in the system if does not exist already.
- Coordinating with doctor’s office in US regarding office hours, appointments and location changes etc.
- Gathering details of patient queries for lab results and medications and relaying info to doctor’s office.
Requirements:
- Minimum bachelors in any domain with excellent
- English communication (preferably North American accent)Hands on in MS Office (Word, Excel, PP)
- Knowledge of US healthcare industry2 to 3 years hands on experience of customer support
- Available to work in US working hours
