Assess the impact and suitability of different types of media for targeting a specific market that their client wants to reach.

•  Lead the digital media planning and buying function and enforce performance marketing for the company.
•  Evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns to inform future ones.
•  Ensuring all proper and detailed media reporting for all campaigns.
•  Provide guidance to all media related content creation and share best media-related practices with the team. 
•  Support driving digital integration and innovation across Programmatic, SEM, Social, strategic media partnerships and ecommerce.
•  Serve as key team liaison with internal finance teams on media approvals and support the larger team on brand spend reporting and savings tracking.
