Job Description:

Citadel Healthcare Services is looking for a customer support executive, candidates with Medical front desk (Inbound) experience with excellent communication are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:


  1. Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward patients & care coordinators at all times.

  2. Responding promptly to patients & care coordinators inquiries.

  3. Communicating with patients & care coordinators through various channels.

  4. Acknowledging and resolving patients & care coordinators complaints.

  5. Knowing our practice inside and out so that you can answer questions.

  6. Keeping records of patients & care coordinators interactions, comments, and complaints.

  7. Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.

  8. Providing feedback on the efficiency of the patients & care coordinators service process.

  9. Ensure patients & care coordinators satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
