Responsibilities:
1. Receive inbound calls or messages from customers to interact with them and identify their needs or issues.
2. Provide telecommunication solutions and recommendations to customers via telephone calls and messages.
3. Build positive work relationships with customers to enhance the image and public perception of a

4. Oversee the timely management of outgoing and incoming calls
5. Maintain a courteous and friendly disposition when in temperament
6. Conduct research to identify solutions and answers to difficult client issues
7. Provide periodic reports to company management on work activities
8. Oversee the processing and implementation of orders.
9. Sit at a workstation for long hours to interact with customers using a computer and a headset.
Qualifications:
1. Strong communication skills and excellent written and verbal communication in English
2. Experience in customer service, preferably in a social media or digital marketing setting
3. Proficiency in using social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram
4. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
