We are looking for a creative, dedicated and hardworking Graphics Designer with following qualifications who is willing to join immediately.
Requirement:
- 2-5 years in Graphics Designer.
- Hands on experience in Website theme, desktop applications and Web Applications GUI designing.
- Must have experience and exposure of professional projects. Managing product documentation.
Description of Work:
- Developing and designing briefs and concepts by gathering information and data to clarify design issues for all projects/job assigned.
- Develop repetitive multiple reviews of design to the satisfaction of concerned departments/management or client.
- Use innovation to redefine a design brief and meet the constraints of cost, time and client.
- Use wide range of media, including photography, computer aided design and any other technology required to ensure quality of the work desired by INNEXIV.
- Effective communicator and able to work with managers, web developers, designers, customer service, and third parties.
- Demonstrated strong creativity in conceptualization, design and layout of a broad range of marketing materials.
- Can work with programming team to deliver design requirements.
- Proven ability to work both independently and in a team environment with minimal direction.
- Any coding experience would be an advantage particularly PHP.
- Brainstorming and mocking up design ideas for online business.
- Designing creative user interfaces for web and desktop applications.
- Designing client branding, marketing/advertising/promotional material with little or no guidance.
- Modifications to existing interface templates to suit customer requirements.
- Expected to take a leading role and guide your subordinate.
- And various other duties related to a digital media agency and its daily internal routines.
- Manage multiple tasks and timelines.
- Able to work on tight schedules and meet customer timelines.

The candidate must be detail oriented with strong organizational skills, effective & participative team player, and should be able to identify and solve problems independently. The candidate should have excellent interpersonal, and strong decision making skills.
