Minimum of 6years of experience is required for this job. The Senior Software Engineer position involves all aspects of product development including designing, estimating, coding, and testing. The ideal candidate will have strong abilities to design and build features as part of an agile team, working on a large project with multiple other teams. The Senior Developer also serves as a mentor to the junior members of the team. We are looking for someone with excellent skills in C# and ability to work efficiently in a team environment. Extensive MVC and JQuery experience is a must for this position.

Desired Experience/Skill set:

• Minimum 6 years of proven track record of building .NET applications.
• Expertise with ASP.NET(C# / VB.NET), ADO.Net, Entity Framework, SILVERLIGHT, Microsoft SQL Server.
• Highly proficient in AJAX, JQuery, XML, Web application security and Web 2.0.
• Experience with MVC, Web Services and WCF.
• Experience in coding for optimal application performance.
• Good Team player who is able to work with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent problem solving skills.
• Strong oral & written communication skills.
• Experience working in the agile model.
• Experience of working with DevExpress, Infragistics, JQGrid, RadiantQ would be a plus.

Principle Responsibilities:

• Design and develop features to add to an existing application.
• Modify existing modules for optimal performance.
• Execute software testing and database design.
• Participate in the technical design of features.
• Participate in the agile process.
• Complete development assignments according to iteration commitments.
• Mentor junior programmers.
