The person is required to work independently under supervision and guidance of Business Development Executive to serve as company’s first point of contact for our potential customers interested in purchase of motorcycles on installment or hire-purchase basis.

The person should be highly motivated with strong interpersonal skills and should have the ability to identify, negotiate and close potential sales leads.

Below are some key features of the job

• Identifying new sales leads and developing strong follow-up mechanism.


• Understanding potential customer requirements and building trust by offering suitable financing solutions. 


• Making frequent outdoor visits to potential customers and build long lasting relationships to improve referrals.


• Identify new markets/segments and share new strategies to reach our potential customers.


• Work closely with Business Development Executive in improving the sales strategies for the branch.


• Liaise with Verification and Recovery Department to ensure all standards and genuineness of potential credit sale.


• Maintain transparency in all aspects of doing business.

Candidate must have minimum related experience of at least two years of direct sales. 

Skills:

Candidates should possess strong interpersonal & communication skills. He should possess a motorcycle for local travelling.  The position provides a commission based incentive and offers impressive opportunity to grow within the company.  A person with related experience of direct-to-customer marketing will be preferred.
