Job Description:

Purpose

Business Development Sales. This person is a pure sales role, if you like selling, you will like this job, identifies business opportunities, negotiates and closes business deals and maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

The ideal candidate MUST have demonstrable experience for sales to U.S. corporate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Close new business, working with the US-based Sales Director
  • Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
  • Develop lead generators necessary to support your sales, no administration responsibility.
  • Responsible for bringing in new logos and add revenue on a quarterly basis.
  • Will be responsible for driving new account wins to grow the revenue.
  • Build and nurture relationships within the new accounts
  • Maintain accurate statistical records for the purposes of performance management, analysis, and reporting.
  • Maintain guiding principles and adhere to Ovex’s code of conduct.
  • Sourcing business leads, selling technology services, developing new logos and be a self-starter
  • Developing and selling into C-level contacts in the industry
  • Contract negotiation, making effective presentations, Solution mindset is essential
  • Other duties as assigned

Competencies

  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in Business Administration from a reputed business school
  • An ideal candidate should have a minimum of 8-10 years of experience of which a minimum of 5-7 years must be in selling for new revenue and generating new logos
  • Overall experience in Business development
  • Must have a strong rolodex of contacts
