| Job Description: |
Core Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the preparation of concept, schematic and details design document in order to meet the design brief, budget, deliverables and all associated deadlines. Items which will be required to be produced include presentation reports, material and finishes boards.
- Ability to coordinate textures and hard finishes, strong creative sense and a good flair of colors.
- Preparation of all drawings required for the concept/ schematic stage.
- Preparation of mood boards to satisfy the requirement project design
- Preparation of material selections, schedules, appendices and physical material boards
- Preparation of colored layouts to satisfy the requirements project design
- Preparation of FF&E plans schedules and appendices, refer to project deliverables
- Technical skills and understanding of space planning and ergonomics
- Preparation of 3D visual’s ensuring clear understanding of the design and providing with all concept design products, elements and material required
- Assist in choosing and specifying of materials
- Assist in development of FF&E specifications
- Take full responsibility for developing presentation packages
- Ensure all work is delivered to the correct standard and on time
