1-Manages an assigned geographic sales area or product line to maximize sales revenues and meet target sales.
2-Establishes and manages effective programs to appraise and train sales personnel.
3-Reviews progress of sales roles throughout the company.
4-Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams.
5-Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company’s products.
6-Provides quarterly results assessments of sales staff’s productivity and his productivity.
7-Educates sales team by establishing programs of emerging products and multi-product sales, profitability, improved presentation strategies.
8-Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.
9-Gathering market and customer information.
10-Representing the company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.
11-Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions.
12-Liaising with production team to check the progress of existing orders.
13-Checking the quantities of goods on display and in stock and providing closing stock to Accounts department.
14-Recording sales and order information on daily basis and forwarding copies to the sales office.
15-Attending team meetings and sharing best practice with colleagues.
16-Exercising customer lifecycle management.
