Key Responsibilities: 

• Conceptualize and creatively implement the design of solutions from concept to completion.


• Produce graphic material for both print & digital medium which includes infographics, reports, brochures, corporate publications and awareness campaigns Interact independently with internal/external customers


• Record audio & video/ raw footage and edit field stories/photo stories independently


• Work closely and collaboratively with the team on all creative projects.


• Personally work on graphic development.


• Follow the company’s brand identity standards and guidelines


• Interpret company needs and develop concepts to suit specific guidelines while working within budget constraints.


• Provide accurate time and cost estimates. 


• Provide facilitation in making official presentations


• Maintain and update photo databank


• Advise organization on technical visual recommendations and/or issues


• Interact with printers and various external vendors.


• Attends press checks, conducts  and participates in photo shoots as needed


• Design campaigns for different awareness raising activities

Key Requirements:

• Master’s degree or 16 year education preferably in Graphic Design/Fine Arts/Multimedia from a HEC recognized institution


• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar role.


• Exposure of development sector  would be an added advantage


• Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in design, web and multimedia software and applications especially Adobe Creative Suit: Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier Pro, InDesign etc.


• Possess strong esthetics, creativity and specialized knowledge of graphic design principles


• Experience of printing procedures, photography, illustration and verbal and written communication


• Experience in budgeting for the tasks assigned to him/her


• Team working skills to work in a team oriented working environment


• Operational understanding along with good problem solving skills


• Good interpersonal skills and relationship management skills


• Written communication skills and presentation skills with proficiency in MS Office Suite


• Adaptability skills in order to work with different units


• Time management skills and the ability to do multi-tasking under tight deadline
