• Designing a variety of data acquisition trials
• Ability to access results
• Good command in analyzing trends
• Apply statistical methodology to complex data
• Acts in a consultancy capacity
• Designing and implementing data gathering activities for a purpose-built Management Information System
• Supervising and mentoring junior statistical staff
• Use statistics to make forecasts and to provide projected figures based on statistical approaches
• Good in presenting information in a variety of formats
• Ability to convey complex information to people who may not be specialists
• Good communications skills with the ability to liaise with colleagues
• Can attend meetings whenever required to do so
• Choose data sets from variety of pools of secondary data in relevance to the requirement and make it compatible with the purpose-built data analysis software.
• Identify and select potential sources for secondary data and evaluate their credibility and significance
• Establish coordination line with stakeholders possessing secondary sources of data and extract the data from them
• Compile and carry out data analysis using SPSS/excel
• Compile reports on the basis of analysis of assessments and surveys
• Extend support in extracting and compiling primary and secondary data to other colleagues whenever required
• Compile research, assessment and survey reports.
• Ability to corelate complex data and identify outliers in big datasets
• Cleanse data and prepare data in formats supported by the purpose-built Management Information System
