| Job Description: |
We have immediate requirement of Associate ERP Consultant with domain expertise in Finance, Trading and Retail. This position offers an exciting fast paced career that encompasses business skills, programming skills, and project management skills. The consultant will work through the sales, analysis, proposal, planning, execution, and service phases of a software implementation.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Primary focus on Sage 50 (Peachtree) & Sage 300 related technologies
- Participate in full life cycle client facing implementation projects relating to Sage applications, working as part of a Sage Project team.
- Participate in the information gathering and design process for a client implementation
- Closely work with project manager and clearly communicating project status
- Conducting thorough requirements reviews and business process reviews
- Creating custom reports, workflows, escalations rules etc. in Sage environment
- Representing the firm and maintaining client relationships
- Configure a client business solution
- Develop and execute test plans and test software configurations
- Provide training to end users, and related documentations
- Provide implementation consultancy and application best practice advice
Skills
- 2 - 4 years of Implementation experience
- Experience of using / implementing ‘Sage Products’ is a huge advantage as are other SME solutions like Quickbooks
- Strong knowledge in Trading, retail and service industry practices.
- Candidates should possess a background in implementing Finance systems.
- Provide pre go live and post go live end user support
- Should have done at least 5-6 end to end implementations
- Knowledge of Accounting software and principles highly regarded
- Provide configuration, setup, implementation, testing and deployment
- Experience in analysing business requirements and do gap analysis
- Qualifications Bachelor’s degree – BE/ B.Tech or B.Com or MBA (from reputed institution)
