Job Description:

- Samples developments and its approval for bulk production

- Samples development which includes art work, film making, screen expossing adn color matching etc as per sketches

- Coordination with merchandising team/customer for approval of samples

To ensure implementation of bulk production plans and achieve production & quality targets

- To ensure optimal utilization of all resources which includes equipments/amchinery utilization and its preventive maintenance/trouble shooting, human resources, materials/colors/chemicals involved adn energy.

- Ensure requisitions of required matrerial well in time and approve material, colors, chemicalsscreen fabric and frames etc as per requiremetnts

- Ensure proper coaching and training of suboridnate staff

Required Skills:

Sound professional knowledge about printing techniques,Proficiency in pantone & color library knowledge,Sound knowledge of screen printing,SAP color and MSDS,Flexo water based ink mixing & offset uv ink knowledge,Strong color matching skills,Excellent management & leadership skills,Strong analytical and decision making skills,Ability to prioritize organize and delegate assignments
