To enhance customer relationships by delivering World Class Service maintaining and improving service levels to all customers and dealing with all enquiries promptly and in a courteous manner.
MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Focus on delivering World Class Services to Sales Force.
- Process orders in a fast and accurate manner.
- Handling Customer complaints and queries in a courteous manner
- Always deal customers with Greetings and positive body language personally or over phone.
- Vocal expressions are professional all the time
- Well groomed all the time
- Observe punctuality and discipline as communicated by Supervisor.
- Ensure all defined SOP’s are being followed religiously.
