| Job Description: |
- Keep accurate records for all daily transactions
- Responsible to maintain the record for Student fees
- Prepare balance sheets
- Process invoices
- Record accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Update internal systems with financial data
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
- Reconcile bank statements
- Participate in financial audits
- Track bank deposits ,payments and fees vouchers .
- Maintain the fees record -(Outstanding and submitted )
- Review and implement financial policies
- Assisting in the preparation of budgets
- Managing records and receipts
- Reconciling daily, monthly and yearly transactions
- Providing facilitation to students
- Resolve financial disputes raised by the students
- Being a key point of contact for other departments on financial and accounting matters
- Supporting the Finance Manager and executives with projects and tasks when required
