| Job Description: |
- Coordinating with the IT team and providing written documentation for systems architecture, ERD, Flow Diagrams, installation, usage, configuration, and operating procedures.
- Research, design, illustrate, write and edit high quality and user-friendly technical documentations and interactive manuals for end users to teach them how to operate and maintain the products of the company.
- Develop all technical documentation required in ANY development process.
- Provide software training to the users.
- Perform software quality assurance and validation.
- Provide written communication in clear and concise language for technical documentation such as procedure manuals, service manuals, and related technical publications concerned with installation, operation, and maintenance of software solution.
- Assist to produce marketing material such as web site content, marketing brochures, presentations, etc.
