Job Description:

A growing company in Food Industry requires a Customer Service Manager to head the online portfolio of the business. The responsibilities include:



  • Answering customer queries over the phone, facebook and emails,

  • Processing the online orders into the system,

  • Answer queries related to the product and ensure a five star customer service

  • Answer queries related to the quality and packaging 

  • Follow up on the late or undelivered orders with the courier company 

  • Liase with Finance and Packaging team to prepare sales summary. 


 


The idea candidate should be:



  • Punctual and have a strong work ethic

  • Posses excellent phone manners

  • Proficient in the use of MS Office, Email and Social MediaA good listener and well spoken 

  • Have an ability to address customer queries calmly and professionally.
