·         Supervise and lead the graphic designing team ( if required). Provide supervision to the graphic designing team

·         Creating white board animations for the provided book scripts by helping out team members in understanding the concepts.

·         Supervising a team of 3d animation for animated videos on regular basis

·         Participation in designing and redesigning web page graphics, logos, illustrations, advertisements, brochures and many other forms of visual communication.

·         Responsible to assign task among junior team members and oversee that quality work is being completed within the deadline.

·         Oversee that new techniques and processes are used to provide best quality designs

·         Train and mentor junior and entry-level designers.

·         Suggest new ways of improving the quality of designs and other project issues.

·         Assisting the team members to choose the right style, attractive graphics, images, and other visual elements to adept them according to the project objectives.

·         Work in collaboration with colleagues across different departments.

·         Coordination with game team members as per project requirement regarding all animation and other graphic related projects.

·         Analyze and plan the framework of design according to the laid out concept and established specifications of the project.

·         Ensure that the delivered products or services adhere to the policies and standards of the company.

·         Coordination with content writing department regarding upcoming projects related to whiteboard animation.

·         Handling details projects phases regarding infography related task.

·         Provide details guide line to architect about office designing.

·         Leverage creative and marketing knowledge to develop new creative campaigns for specific targets.
