Job Description: |
We are looking for a fpleasant Female Receptionist cum Admin Office to undertake all receptionist and admin duties. You will be the “face” of the company for all visitors.
Job Description:
- Perform reception duties including call answering and greeting clients.
- Maintain students admission process life cycle
- Provide assistance to all counselors in order to complete the admissions process.
- Other ad-hoc duties when required.
Requirements
- Minimum Graduate from a reputed university
- Previous experience in a similar role in a university/school will be preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English & Urdu.
- Excellent Computer Skills including Windows, MS Office, Adobe photo and Editing.
- Good familiarity with Internet skills including social media marketing tools.
- A confident personality, a team player with a willingness to take initiatives on her own.
