Job Description:
  • To ensure accuracy and standradization of all training materials and contents
  • To develop material as per BRAC methodologies,and pedegogy techniques.
  • To develop teaching kits for teachers.
  • To coordinate with region teams regarding upcoming trainings.
  • Plan yearly activities and share with Program Manager for further review.
  • To traine teachers as per BRAC Education module.
  • Develop Learning and Material according to thr Statndard of National Curriculum.
  • Liasons with Sindh text book board and other organization.

Required Skills:

  • Knowledgeable and functional in technical writing contents.
  • Ability to produce learning to include facilitator and participant movements.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic deadline driven environment.
  • Organizational experience on curriculum designing.
  • Presentation Skills
  • Can travel to interior sindh districts.
  • Report Writing skills.

BRAC began operations in Pakistan in 2007 through a micro finance program. In addition to micro finance, we are now running program in health and education. BRAC is currently serving about 437,465 people in 14 districts of four provinces. BRAC's micro finance program was launched in 2007 on a small scale in Punjab and the North West Frontier Province (NWFP). It is now operating with 88 branch offices, and has 45,011 women borrowers. BRAC considers education a powerful tool for combating discrimination's, illiteracy and poverty. BRAC started 20 pre-primary schools in 2009 in NWFP's Haripur district. The schools now have more than 600 students, about 61% of them girls. BRAC also initiated a health program in 2009, with services in Punjab's Sahiwal and Pakpattan districts and NWFP's Nowshera district. The program trains local health workers and volunteers to provide basic health care and health education to families and communities.
