• Preparation of stock report on daily basis
• Preparation of receivable, payable position and expense summary on daily basis
• Maintain payroll and process payroll on the basis of marked attendance
• Filing of sales tax return on monthly basis and prepare computations of the same
• Reconcile petty cash on daily basis and report to higher management about daily disbursement
• Prepare and maintain bank reconciliation on daily basis
• Prepare daily inward and outward report
• Able to handle brokers for procurement and sale of rice
• Able to prepare financials on need basis.
• Overall handling of operations on need basis.

Skills Required

• Must have sound grip of accounting cycle receivable payable cash and bank aging analysis.
• Must be aware of tax laws applicable in Pakistan
• Able to handle export transactions will be preferred.
• Able to sit late till the higher management is present in office.
• Self-motivated able to work independently without any continuous supervision
