Job Description:

We are a USA Based BPO looking for young, Bright and Ambitious Male/Female Customer Services Executives to join our friendly and exciting call center Saddar, Rawalpindi.


Night Shift


Requirements:


Outbound Call Center Temp to hire position Hours: Monday - Friday, 8PM – 5AM 


Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: 


Providing outstanding customer service to all customers in a professional and courteous manner 


Data and order entry 


Handling a high volume of outbound calls 


Reaching out to customers regarding orders, deliveries, inquires, etc. Requirements: 


Clear and professional speaking voice/telephone manner 


Excellent customer service skills 


Bilingual a plus 


Proficiency in basic PC applications and MS Word, Excel and Outlook 


Ability to perform basic math skills 


Problem solving skills 


Excellent attention to detail 


Sound decision making skills 


Work well in a team environment 


Fresh candidates:  15K-20K basic depending upon caliber.


Experience Candidates: 25K-45K Basic depending on experience/skills.
