Responsibilities & Duties as Customer Care Representative:

• The candidate must have Good Urdu & English communication skills both written and verbal along with a pleasant accent.
• We required a person who can do multitasking i.e. chatting, emails, receive customer's phone calls and able to handle pressure. 
• Proficient with MS Office/ Google Docs & Sheets extra
• Generating sales inquiries through calls, custom quote request forms, chats, and emails
• Keep records of customer inquiries, interactions, special requests extra
• Assessing customer’s needs and coordinating with other departments like shipping & website management to make sure the customer receives the best experience.
• Periodic follow-ups to convert inquiries into sales, Possess Knowledge of Call Center Operations
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the company guidelines and production capabilities
