| Job Description: |
Joining needed: ASAP
Office timings: 12pm to 8pm
There will be a three months Internship leading to Job.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensuring financial management by dealing with the Banks/related parties
- Managing company related financial data in Quick Books.
- Maintain books of accounts for audit
- Dealing with international clients for receivables.
- Invoiving
- Payment coordintation with international clients/suppliers
- Financial statement preparation and analysis;
- Payroll preparation
- Assist in timely reporting of financial statements to Management;
- Fund Management (Cash Flow Statements Monthly/Quarterly);
- Assist and support in financial audit;
- Assist in HR
- Other duties as assigned by Management
