Job Description:

  1. Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.

  2. Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.

  3. Assist operation manager in his daily tasks.

  4. Basic customer service representative skills.

  5. Handling assigned content creation tasks.

  6. Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls,

  7. Ensure display center is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures).

  8. Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.

  9. Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.

  10. Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).

  11. Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock.

  12. Keep updated records of office expenses and costs.

  13. Perform other duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
