To achieve success we need to bring together our customers, our restaurants, and an incredible lunch experience perfectly every single time. On a daily basis we have to manage the logistics of thousands of moving parts and therefore standardization and automation of our operations is key.
LUNCH:ON is looking for a detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support the team in managing the daily operations for both restaurants and customers and helping continuously ensure a seamless user experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist the team in daily operations and customer support.
• Communicate with our restaurants and delivery drivers to ensure seamless and on-time delivery.
• Handle incoming correspondences and help resolve daily operational issues.
• Proactively problem solve technical and logistical issues faced by our partner restaurants. Provide feedback to vendors about daily meals and logistics.
• Manage customer service issues during daily operations, resolving issues swiftly with both users and restaurants.
• Ensure restaurant information in our databases is correct.
• Gather and analyze data directly related to the health of our operations and provide recommendations for ways to improve operational efficiency.
• Understand internal system for scheduling and dispatching for our partner restaurants.
• Assist the Operations team in coordinating corporate events of all sorts (team meetings, conferences, etc).
REQUIREMENTS
• Food lover is a must!

• Organized with superhuman attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills (English).

• Previous experience in operations or logistics is a PLUS
