Skill sets:
- Highly skilled in Search Engine Optimization, including link and citation building
- Comfortable in Google Search Console, Google My Business, Webmaster Tools and AdWords
- Familiar with social media networks, such as Facebook, Yelp, Foursquare, Yellow Pages, Google Listings, Apple Maps, etc.
- Experience in Customer Service preferred, but not required
- Website management/development – specifically WordPress – is a plus!
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Tasks this person would assist with:
- Work with SEO company on link/citation building, as needed
- Manage & regularly update all online listings, including but not limited to:
- Facebook
- Yelp
- Google Listings
- Apple Maps
- Yellow Pages
- Foursquare
- Improve Online Reputation by responding to customer reviews
- Update company website & developments, as needed
- Provide weekly/monthly reporting & progress on Online Reputation
